At St Barnabas we consider church to be family and we really value everyone - including our littlest worshippers:
Babies & Toddlers
We welcome Babies and Toddlers at St Barnabas.

There is a Play & Praise area in church where our littlest worshippers are free to play - and worship in their own way - during the service, accompanied by their grown up(s).
Children
Junior Church runs twice a month on the 2nd and last Sunday of the month. On these Sundays, the children will go out with our Junior Church team to engage with the Bible and Christian story in a fun and engaging way.​

On our other Sundays, Children are welcome to stay in the service; there are activities at the back of church which they might like to engage with as part of their worship.
​
Some of our Children might like to consider joining our serving team, or taking their First Communion.
Youth
Our Young People are welcome to join Junior Church when they meet and to use the resources at the back of church during our worship on other Sundays.
​
Our Young People might also like to consider joining the serving team or the worship music group.
Scouting Groups
We have various Scouting groups which meet at
St Barnabas:

Beavers (for those aged 6-8) meet on Fridays at 6pm
Cubs (for those aged 8-10) meet on Mondays at 6:30pm
Scouts (for those aged 10-14) meet on Fridays at 7:30pm
